{"id":13,"date":"2014-03-10T11:51:22","date_gmt":"2014-03-10T11:51:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/babysitterinibiza.com\/?page_id=13"},"modified":"2014-03-10T11:51:22","modified_gmt":"2014-03-10T11:51:22","slug":"terms-and-conditions","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/babysitterinibiza.com\/?page_id=13","title":{"rendered":"Terms and Conditions"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u2018babysitterinibiza\u2019\u00a0acts solely as a booking agency.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00a0We do not employ babysitters.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>\u00a0The client employs the babysitters through our agency.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>You <b>agree<\/b> and <b>acknowledge<\/b> that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0the agency acts as a medium through which the client books a babysitter and does not employ said babysitter.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0you have read and understood the policies and procedures of the agency in the selection and judgment of its babysitters.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0you understand that you are responsible for the supervision, payment\u00a0 and control of the babysitter including, but not limited to, the instructions and requirements for dealing with any emergency or\u00a0illness and any house rules applicable during the employment period of the babysitter.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0whilst registered with the agency, you will book all of our babysitters through the agency. \u00a0You agree not to make private approaches to these\u00a0babysitters. If there is breach of contract, your registration will immediately be irrevocably cancelled.<\/li>\n<li>all information you provide to the agency is accurate, up-to-date and complete.<\/li>\n<li>you are responsible for having the adequate insurance cover necessary for the employment of the babysitter as a domestic worker on your premises.<\/li>\n<li>You agree to fully compensate the agency for any costs, claims, demands, expenses or other liabilities incurred by the agency as a result of your failure to comply with these conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Cancellations.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Deposits are non refundable once the babysitter is booked.<\/p>\n<p>If babysitterinibiza is unable to provide a babysitter,\u00a0full refund of the deposit will be made.<\/p>\n<p>Agency fees (30% of total cost) shall be payed via PayPal to babysitterinibiza.
